commitment
Milla & Interests
Beyond our commercially oriented activities, we also invest our expertise in supporting a wide variety of artists, social projects and social movements. We do this because we’re grateful for our inspiring environment, because we’re always open to meaningful projects, because we’re passionate, and also because we’re convinced it’s the right thing to do.
Art Directors Club:

Produktionszentrum Tanz (Dance Production Center)
Johannes Milla is honorary chairman of the "Produktionszentrums Tanz und Performance e.V." (Dance Production Center). The Production Center is a training, rehearsals and advisory center as well as a project initiator. Its objective is to be a contact point for all independent dancers, choreographers and stage designers in Stuttgart and surroundings, to present their productions to the public and to support new talent. The Production Center clearly fills a need in Stuttgart’s and Baden-Württemberg’s cultural landscape.

Mädchen.Machen.Medien (Girls.Making.Media)
Together with SWR broadcasting and the Stuttgart National Theatre, Milla & Partner supported the "Mädchen.Machen.Medien" project – in English ‘Girls.Making.Media’. The project was initiated by the LAGAYA Addiction and Youth Support Organisation in Stuttgart, is aided by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Social Affairs and serves girls’ and young women’s career orientation.
Ten girls between 16 and 19 years of age, supervised by a female art director from Milla & Partner, have developed a poster campaign against the misuse of alcohol among youths. From initial brainstorming through to a photographic shoot and graphic design, the girls had an opportunity to try out a variety of career profiles – in a very unusual constellation: as agency representatives and target group members at the same time. http://lagaya.de/Projekte.147.0.html
Milla & Training
Success in the field of communication over the long term calls for a continuous influx of qualified young talent. We share our knowledge, our 22 years of experience and our passion with trainees, apprentices and junior staff, while at the same time offering it to a larger public and committing ourselves to an open dialogue.
In the seminars we give at various academies, colleges and universities, as well as in thematically oriented lectures, we share our knowledge to support advanced education.
Adrian von Starck is lecturer at the Stuttgart National Academy of the Arts in industrial design, and at the School of Design in Schwäbisch Gmünd in interaction design.
Thomas Frenzel teaches at the DHBW Ravensburg in the media design department. He holds seminars in generativ design and workshops in creative code.

Milla & Education
Since as early as 1999, Milla & Partner has been committed to serving as training ground for young media designers and students of marketing communications.
Through regular offers for internships and training, we give young talent from the most varied areas of interests insight into event organisation and internal agency creative processes. We consider it vital to support students in their upcoming career selection and to actively promote young talent.
