More than 1.400 delegates from all over Germany came to Berlin to participate in the Mercedes-Benz Service Convention 2011 on October 10 and 11. Mercedes-Benz Sales Germany (MBVD) invited executives and employees under the motto “Best service. Yesterday. Today. Tomorrow." MBVD wanted to thank them for their commitment and provide information on current and future products, services and strategies around services in the passenger car and commercial vehicle sector. The Mercedes-Benz service convention is not only the central meeting for the Germany-wide sales and service network of the brands Mercedes-Benz, smart and Fuso. In 2011 the convention also included an exhibition with over 1,800 square meters, inspiring lectures and evening events. Milla & Partner was responsible for the design and implementation of all communication activities, from the design of key visuals to the delegate management. Therefore competencies from the entire spectrum of spatial communication were required. By means of a communication design which was consistently reflected throughout the convention, exhibition and events, Milla & Partner created a brand-compatible, homogenous information and meeting platform. The homogenous design served as a signage system on the one hand and reflected the tie between the delegates from all over Germany on the other hand.In plenary sessions and at the exhibition it became clear that Mercedes-Benz is well equipped for the change in the automotive sector with its future models, technologies and services.
