As an agency for multi-dimensional communication, we combine the most diverse disciplines and have them work together to create orchestrated spaces and encounters. Whilst interactive applications so far have often worked as isolating machines, we are currently developing a new approach in our Laboratory of Innovation, namely the transformation from interactive to interconnecting applications, involving and promoting dialogue between whole groups of people. From the earliest development phase on, we bring together specialists from different disciplines and communication cultures, complementing and mutually inspiring one another, such as designers, engineers, programmers, sound masters, games and software developers. Clients are merged into the innovation process during the individual, project-related advancement of their interfaces, media applications and communication formats. During the Demo Days Milla & Partner allowed specialists, users and students insight into their current research and development for interfaces between people and content. Visitors received an impression of the visions and practical solutions for future communication our interdisciplinary team is presently designing, e.g. web applications, mobile apps and prototype demonstrations.
