ServiceGipfel 2010 – 2014

The pivotal forum for the nationwide sales and service network

Following the successful ServiceGipfel in 2010 and 2012, Milla & Partner was responsible for design, concept and realisation of all formats of the event for the third consecutive time.

As the central forum for the nationwide sales and service network of the brands Mercedes-Benz, smart and Fuso, the ServiceGipfel offers a wide range of information and training possibilities, including a huge exhibition area and evening events. In June 2014, more than 9,000 people from all over Germany visited this years´ ServiceGipfel on the trade fair grounds in Hanover.

These included six training sessions, 15 ServiceForums on current topics, the 7,000 square-foot ServiceExhibition with approx. 110 exhibitors, an open-air test drive course and evening events for over 4,000 guests. The ServiceGipfel design created by Milla & Partner was consistently implemented in all modules of the event.

„Dialog leben. Mit Ideen begeistern.“ was the red thread through all content and elements of the event.

Also in the hands of Milla & Partner lay the complete organisation and handling of participant and exhibitor management.

A specially programmed online-portal provided maximum efficiency and comfort for participants and exhibitors. Guests could gather advance information about the program and individually plan their visit - from registration, to the selection of individual forums and training sessions to itinaries, hotel bookings and on-site shuttle services. Exhibitors could use the site to plan their stand using equipment modules in ServiceGipfel design, thus ensuring a clear line in communication design throughout the exhibition.
