Assistant to the CFO (m/f/d)

We are seeking an assistant for our CFO in Stuttgart to start immediately in a permanent position.

Your tasks will include:

• As assistant, you are the trusted point of contact and communicative hub. You keep a close eye on deadlines and tasks and proactively prepare them
• In controlling, you work on project analyses, forecasts and budgets
• In reporting, you will help prepare accounting as well as monthly and annual financial statements
• In finance, you provide the data for liquidity planning
• you maintain the master data in our agency software and support its correct application as well as the compliance of processes

Your skills:

• You have a true desire to shape your area of responsibility
• Several years of professional experience in internal and external accounting
• Good intuition and a great love of numbers
• Confident handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Ideally, knowledge in dealing with ERP systems as well as DATEV
• Independent and structured way of working
• Discretion and loyalty, reliability, diligence and accuracy
• Very good team and communication skills
• Good knowledge of English and perfect written and spoken German
