Lava-Dome - in volcano country!
Three exhibition areas - the „Land of Volcanos", the „Era of Volcanos" and the „Volcano Workshop" - let visitors experience volcanism in all its diversity, its dangers but also in its benefits for mankind.
In the museum, new scenic finesses were applied to allow the visitor to comprehend and experience the phenomena of volcanism: among others, a volcano model spits fire, smoke and ashes, glowing lava flows through the auditorium - the show leaves the visitor with the feeling of being right in the middle of a volcano eruption.
