2nd Media Facade Summit in the Frankfurt Städelschule

All around the world, ever more media facades are illuminating the cities, with buildings and light spots merging with one another and buildings being developed into media screens or animated architecture. Which kind of media facades and medial architecture can be realized today? Which new com-munication formats will shape the townscapes of the future and move their inhabitants? Where do sense and nonsense lie in medial architecture?

Questions that will be discussed by prominent experts at the 2nd Media Facade Summit on 18 April as part of the Luminale in the Frankfurt Städelschule. Keynote Speaker will be Ben van Berkel. In the lecture session „marketing & szenography” Peter Redlin and Thomas Frenzel in their lecture „From the Façade into the Space” will outline which research projects for individual and social interaction with media facades Milla & Partner are currently working on in their Innovation Lab
